Your First Visit
Before You Come
We use an application called ZenPlanner to keep track of all our members and the classes they’ve taken.
If you haven’t already, you can reserve your first class by clicking on the button below.
You can also sign your waiver, and fill in the rest of your ZenPlanner profile by clicking on this button.
What To Expect
Try to show up 15 – 30 minutes before your class starts. Our staff members will give you a tour of the facility, and provide you any gear you need.
Then you’ll meet your instructor, and get a quick intro for some basic movements. You’ll see these movements again during the class warm up.
All of our classes follow the same general format. They last an hour, starting with a 10 minute warm up where you’ll review some basic movements. Then you’ll dive into the technique of the week for about 30 minutes. Working with partners to learn the moves. Everything isn’t just work here though. The last 10 minutes of class are for games. Finally, we’ll do a cool down and stretch for 10 minutes.
After class one of our staff members will talk with you about our programs and pricing, and answer any questions you may have.

Can I bring a friend?
The more the merrier. We know trying something new can be a bit scary, and having a friend there can always make things more fun.
Before your first class just tell our staff you’ll be bringing somebody else, or have them sign up on the website just like you did.
