Bobby Moffett

UFC and PFL veteran. Jiu Jitsu black belt. MMA, Gi and No Gi, kickboxing, and kids coach at Fight Ready in Scottsdale.

About Bobby Moffett

Bobby Moffett brings real fight experience to every class he leads at Fight Ready. Known in the cage as The Wolfman, Bobby built a pro career across some of the biggest stages in the sport, including the UFC and the PFL. He earned a Fight of the Night honor in his UFC debut and competed for a title with one of the top feeder leagues in mixed martial arts. When you train with Bobby, you learn from a coach who has tested every technique he teaches against world-class fighters.

Bobby started young. He trained karate as a kid, wrestled from grade school all the way through high school, and added jiu jitsu when he set his sights on becoming a fighter. That deep base in wrestling and grappling shaped the coach he is today. He is a Jiu Jitsu black belt and a submission specialist, and he knows how to break the sport down so any student can follow along, whether they are a first-time kid on the mat or a fighter getting ready for the cage.

Mixed Martial Arts

Bobby coaches MMA the way he fought it, with a strong wrestling and grappling base and the striking to back it up. Gi And No Gi Jiu Jitsu

As a Jiu Jitsu black belt, Bobby teaches both Gi and No Gi. He focuses on the positions and submissions that hold up under real pressure, not just moves that look good in drilling. Students leave his classes understanding why each technique works, which is what makes it stick. See our Brazilian jiu jitsu page for class times.
