Kickboxing for Adults

Hunter also teaches adult kickboxing classes, drawing on his active pro MMA career to bring fresh insights to every session.

Hunter's Coaching Philosophy

Hunter's coaching philosophy with youth is built on respect for the kids as athletes, not as miniature adults. Kids need challenges they can rise to, structure that builds discipline, and a coach who takes them seriously. Hunter does all three.

With amateurs, his philosophy mirrors Bobby's: techniques must work, training must be sustainable, and development must respect that amateurs are usually juggling other major commitments alongside fighting.

From the very first class, the coaches made it fun, energetic, and super welcoming. My children come out of every session sweaty, smiling, and more confident than ever. They’ve built real skills, better focus, and tons of discipline, all while having a blast. The atmosphere is positive and family-friendly, with instructors who clearly care about the kids’ growth both on and off the mat.

If you’re looking for kickboxing that actually engages your children and delivers results, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Coach Bobby is the best you can get. My girls love going to his classes—they actually cheer when I tell them it’s kickboxing day! They’re little, but Coach Bobby makes it fun while still helping them learn and build skills. I highly recommend his classes.

Hunter's Training Tips

Show Up When You Don't Feel Like It

The training that matters most is the training you do when motivation is low. The kids and amateurs who become great show up on the days they would rather skip.

Quality Over Quantity

Better to do five high-quality repetitions than fifty sloppy ones. Slow down, focus on the technique, build the right pattern.

Train Your Mindset

Skill is only part of the fight. Mental preparation is the rest. Visualization, breathing, and pre-fight routines all matter.
