Personal Training At Fight Ready
One-on-one strength, conditioning, and sport-specific programming with our coaching staff.
Personal Training Vs Private Lessons
Two related but different services at Fight Ready:
- Private lessons focus on martial arts technique (BJJ, striking, MMA)
- Personal training focuses on strength, conditioning, fitness, and general athleticism
Many members combine both: private lessons for skill development and personal training for the engine that supports it.

Personal training is one-on-one with a coach focused entirely on you. Group classes serve 15 to 30 students at once.
Do I need to be a Fight Ready member to do personal training?
Members get preferred rates. Non-members can also book personal training.
How often should I do personal training?
Once or twice per week is a typical pattern for members. Fighters in camp often go higher.
Can personal training help me lose weight?
Yes when combined with appropriate nutrition. Personal training is one of the most effective fat-loss approaches.
