Muay Thai Technique

Traditional Muay Thai with the eight limbs: hands, elbows, knees, and shins. Eddie teaches the discipline as the art of eight limbs, not a watered-down version.

Striking for the Pro Team

Eddie game-plans the striking side of every pro fight, working in lockstep with Santino on overall strategy. Pros build their stand-up under Eddie's eye.

Eddie's Coaching Philosophy

Eddie believes striking is built one position at a time. Stance first. Then footwork. Then hand position. Then strikes. Then combinations. Then defense. He rejects shortcuts and teaches students to value the small details that separate striking that works from striking that looks good in shadowboxing but fails under pressure.

His coaching is patient but unflinching. Students who want to learn kickboxing the right way thrive with Eddie. Students looking for cardio kickboxing in disguise typically move to a different class.

From the very first class, the coaches made it fun, energetic, and super welcoming. My children come out of every session sweaty, smiling, and more confident than ever. They’ve built real skills, better focus, and tons of discipline, all while having a blast. The atmosphere is positive and family-friendly, with instructors who clearly care about the kids’ growth both on and off the mat.

If you’re looking for kickboxing that actually engages your children and delivers results, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Coach Bobby is the best you can get. My girls love going to his classes—they actually cheer when I tell them it’s kickboxing day! They’re little, but Coach Bobby makes it fun while still helping them learn and build skills. I highly recommend his classes.

Train With Eddie

Eddie leads classes at Fight Ready throughout the week. The full schedule is available on our schedule page. Most students train with multiple coaches across the program, but Eddie brings specific expertise that students value highly.

Private lessons are available for students who want focused one-on-one work. Private lessons go deeper on specific techniques, address individual weaknesses, and accelerate progress for committed students.

Eddie's Training Tips

Keep Your Hands Up

Nothing else matters if your hands drop. The single most common mistake in striking is dropping your hands. Every drill builds the habit of keeping them where they need to be.

Footwork First

Your strikes are only as good as the footwork that delivers them. Spend time on footwork every session. It pays back tenfold.

Combinations Over Single Strikes

Single strikes rarely land cleanly against a trained opponent. Two-strike and three-strike combinations open the door. Train in combinations from day one.
