Private Lessons At Fight Ready

One-on-one coaching with real pros. Accelerate your progress in MMA, BJJ, striking, and conditioning.

Why Take Private Lessons

Group classes are the foundation. They build community, expose you to many techniques, and let you train consistently. But group classes have a limit. The coach is splitting attention across 15 to 30 students. Your specific weaknesses, questions, and goals get general answers.

Private lessons close that gap. One-on-one with a coach focused entirely on you. The technique gets broken down for your body, your level, and your goals. Two private lessons can produce more skill development than two months of group classes for many students.

Who Takes Private Lessons

Beginners Who Want A Head Start

New students who want to learn the basics quickly often start with a private lesson or two before joining group classes. The pre-loading makes the first group classes much more productive.

Intermediate Students Hitting Plateaus

Most BJJ blue belts hit a plateau. Most strikers reach a wall where their progress stalls. Private lessons identify the specific weakness and address it directly. The plateau breaks within weeks.

Competitors Preparing For Events

Fighters preparing for events use private lessons to game plan, drill specific scenarios, and refine technique for their opponent. Essential for serious competition prep.

Adults With Schedule Constraints

Busy professionals who cannot make group classes often build their entire training around weekly private lessons. The flexibility of scheduling makes consistency possible.

Students Working Around Injuries

Returning from injury requires careful programming. A private lesson lets you rebuild without the unpredictability of group class partners.

From the very first class, the coaches made it fun, energetic, and super welcoming. My children come out of every session sweaty, smiling, and more confident than ever. They’ve built real skills, better focus, and tons of discipline, all while having a blast. The atmosphere is positive and family-friendly, with instructors who clearly care about the kids’ growth both on and off the mat.

If you’re looking for kickboxing that actually engages your children and delivers results, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Coach Bobby is the best you can get. My girls love going to his classes—they actually cheer when I tell them it’s kickboxing day! They’re little, but Coach Bobby makes it fun while still helping them learn and build skills. I highly recommend his classes.

What To Expect In Your First Private

Your first private lesson begins with a 5 to 10 minute conversation. Your background. Your goals. Any injuries or constraints. What you want to get out of training.

The coach builds the session around what you said. If you are a complete beginner, the coach teaches fundamentals in a focused setting. If you are a blue belt working on top game, the coach drills positions and pressure tests technique. If you are training for a fight, the coach builds a game plan.

Each session ends with notes on what to work on between privates. The pattern compounds quickly.
