Weight Room And Strength Training
Sport-specific S&C for fighters. Scaled programs for members. Real strength built the right way.
Built For Combat Athletes
Generic gym workouts build generic results. Sport-specific strength and conditioning builds the kind of fitness that translates to performance. Our weight room is designed for combat athletes, scaled for general members who want fighter-style conditioning.
Roman Salazar leads the program. He has built S&C protocols for our pro fight team and adapted them for adults who want functional strength without ever stepping into a cage.

Members who want custom programming work with Roman one-on-one. Initial assessment, written program, and check-ins. Best for serious lifters and competitors.

Why S&C Matters For Combat Athletes
Strength Is Speed Insurance
A stronger fighter is a faster fighter when fatigued. Raw strength built in the weight room shows up in round three when grip and explosiveness usually fade.
Conditioning Wins Fights
Sport-specific conditioning trains the energy systems used in actual fights: alactic, lactic, and aerobic. Boring cardio does not train these the way the gym requires.
Injury Prevention
Strong joints, balanced muscles, and good movement quality prevent the injuries that derail training. Most preventable martial arts injuries come from underdeveloped supporting strength.
Recovery Acceleration
Conditioned athletes recover faster between sessions. The same weekly training volume feels easier when the engine is built.
S&C For Different Members
Beginners
New members often start with one S&C class per week alongside their martial arts classes. Builds the engine that supports skill development.
Intermediate Members
Two S&C sessions per week is standard. Mix of strength work and conditioning.
Fighters
Fighters in camp follow periodized blocks. Off-season focuses on raw strength. Pre-camp shifts to power. Camp itself emphasizes sport-specific conditioning.
Adults Over 50
Strength training is more important after 50, not less. Roman scales programming to age and joint health while still building real strength.

From the very first class, the coaches made it fun, energetic, and super welcoming. My children come out of every session sweaty, smiling, and more confident than ever. They’ve built real skills, better focus, and tons of discipline, all while having a blast. The atmosphere is positive and family-friendly, with instructors who clearly care about the kids’ growth both on and off the mat.
If you’re looking for kickboxing that actually engages your children and delivers results, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Coach Bobby is the best you can get. My girls love going to his classes—they actually cheer when I tell them it’s kickboxing day! They’re little, but Coach Bobby makes it fun while still helping them learn and build skills. I highly recommend his classes.
