Classes run Monday through Saturday with morning, midday, and evening options. Cave Creek residents can fit two or three sessions per week into any schedule.



Gym hours: Monday to Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM, Sunday closed.
