Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Fight Ready MMA & Fitness website (fightready.com) or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.


Use of the Website

You may use the website for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site
  • Interfere with the operation of the site
  • Use any automated means to access the site without permission
  • Copy or distribute content from the site without permission


Membership Terms

Membership Agreement

Memberships are governed by your individual membership agreement signed at the time of enrollment. The membership agreement controls in case of conflict with these Terms.


Payment

Memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise specified. Payment is due in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of membership.


Cancellation

Memberships are month-to-month. Cancellation requires written notice. Refunds are subject to your membership agreement.


Pause

Memberships can be paused for travel, deployment, injury, or other life events with written request.


Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Mixed martial arts, Brazilian jiu jitsu, kickboxing, boxing, and related activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. By participating in classes, training, or events at Fight Ready, you acknowledge and assume these risks.


You agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Fight Ready MMA & Fitness, its owners, coaches, employees, agents, and other members from any liability, claims, or damages arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.


This waiver applies to all activities at the facility, off-site events, and any related travel.


A separate liability waiver and assumption of risk form must be signed at the time of enrollment. The waiver controls and is the legal document in addition to these Terms.


Health and Safety Representations

You represent that you are physically capable of participating in the activities at Fight Ready. You agree to:

  • Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to coaches
  • Consult a physician before starting training if you have any health concerns
  • Stop training immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs
  • Maintain personal health insurance


Conduct Standards

All members and guests agree to:

  • Follow gym rules and coach instructions
  • Treat other members, coaches, and staff with respect
  • Maintain proper hygiene
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
  • Not bring weapons or illegal substances onto the premises


Violations may result in suspension or termination of membership at our sole discretion.


Intellectual Property

All content on the Fight Ready website (logos, text, images, videos, instructional material) is owned by Fight Ready MMA & Fitness or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.


Photo and Video Release

By participating in classes, events, and training, you consent to being photographed and recorded. Photos and videos may be used in marketing materials, social media, and our website. You can opt out by submitting a written request.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fight Ready MMA & Fitness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.


Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fight Ready MMA & Fitness, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the services, or your interaction with other members.


Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised 'Last Updated' date. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance.



Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.


Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
